• Ulrich Landvreugd and Dick Schreuder will take charge of their second Barnet FC match tomorrow afternoon against Tamworth.

• Last time out the Bees returned to winning ways following a poor run of form with Mauro Vilhete netting a 94th minute winner in a 1-0 victory over Southport.

• That win came three weeks ago with the Bees’ last two fixtures suffering postponements due to adverse weather conditions.  

• Last time out Tamworth drew 1-1 at home to Hyde. 

• Both sides missed penalties during the match with Josh Brizell cancelling out Darren Byfield’s opener with a 30-yard free-kick.  

• That result means Hyde stay rock-bottom of the Skrill Premier with Tamworth climbing to 20th on 20 points.

• Barnet currently sit 10th in the Skrill Premier. They are just five points away from a play-off place with one game in hand on Salisbury City who occupy the final play-off spot in fifth.

• Graham Stack was given the all clear to return to training on Thursday and he could return to action next weekend against Wrexham.

• Tamworth FC formed in 1933 after Tamworth Castle ceased to exist. 

• They originally played their home matches at The Jolly Sailor Ground but they relocated to The Lamb Ground a year later. 

• Their local rivals include Burton Albion and Nuneaton Town. 

• On February 23 2006 the club made what is possibly their biggest signing of all time when former Arsenal and Aston Villa midfielder Paul Merson joined the club. 

• Despite this Merson played just one match, a 2-1 loss to Halifax Town, before announcing his retirement from professional football. 

• Tamworth were promoted to the Conference Premier in 2009 securing the Conference North title with a 1-0 win over Hinckley United. 

• The club have enjoyed a number of successful FA Cup runs in recent years making the third round in 2007 and 2012 losing to Norwich City and Everton.  

• Tamworth are managed by former Hinckley United and Gresley Rovers goalkeeper Dale Belford. 

• Belford began his playing career with Aston Villa before having a journeyman career which involved five spells with Tamworth, three spells with Sutton Coldfield Town and three spells with Atherstone Town. 

• He also turned out for Nuneaton Borough, Shepshed Dynamo, Coalville Town and Notts County. 

• On 2 February 2010 Belford was announced as manager of Atherstone Town following the resignation of Darren Fulford. 

• After just over a year with the club Belford left his post and returned to Tamworth as player-coach. 

• Following Des Lyttle’s departure as Tamworth manager in April 2011 Belford was named as caretaker-manager for the remaining four league fixtures.

• After a win over York City in his first match Tamworth suffered a 1-0 defeat to Southport with three Lambs’ players being red carded. Belford subsequently named himself on the bench and after a Louis Connor injury in stoppage time he donned the goalkeeper’s jersey once again becoming the only player to feature for Tamworth in four decades. 

• Belford’s final match in charge saw them take on Forest Green Rovers in a must win fixture and they emerged victorious sealing a 2-1 win to secure their safety and send Southport down. 

• In March 2013 Belford was appointed as caretaker-manager for the foreseeable future. 

• Bedford’s father is the Tamworth kitman, Buster Belford and the father of Tamworth goalkeeper Cameron Belford and Swindon Town goalkeeper Tyrell Belford. His cousins are Altrincham striker Kyle Perry and Atherstone Town defender Todd Perry.

13 August 2013 – Tamworth 0-0 Barnet

• Tamworth and Barnet cancelled each other out but managed to maintain their unbeaten starts to the season.

The Bees’ Curtis Weston had an early effort ruled out for handball and was then denied by keeper Cameron Belford either side of the break.

Luke Ganbin also forced Belford into a save while Jake Hyde fired just over.

Tamworth also had their moments with Jake Jones’s 18-yard shot being saved by Graham Stack, who later denied Duane Courtney from close range.

• Barnet have faced Tamworth a total of five times. Both sides have won on two occasions with one encounter ending level. 

• The first meeting between the two sides came in the Football Conference in 2003 and it ended Tamworth 2-0 Barnet. 

• Barnet’s first win over the Lambs came in the reverse fixture when a Liam Hatch strike sealed a 1-0 win. 

• The following season Barnet secured their biggest win over Tamworth as goals from Dean Sinclair and Giuliano Grazioli secured a 2-0 victory. 

• Tamworth got their own back in the reverse fixture sealing a 3-0 win at Underhill thanks to a Bob Taylor double after Tris Whitman strike gave the Lambs the lead.
