Barnet FC are delighted to announce that Curtis Weston has signed a new one-year deal at the club.
The midfielder has become a key player for the Bees since joining the club in 2012 and he will once again play an important role in the upcoming season.
Head-coach Martin Allen expressed his pleasure after the 27-year-old put pen to paper whilst revealing he is close to sealing a deal for another central midfielder.
“Curtis is a key player and a good player,” said Allen. “Now I need to find a man to play next to him and soon that will happen.
“It is good news about Curtis, he is a good professional and a proper good bloke.”
Allen also announced that he is close to signing a second centre-forward to spearhead the attack alongside John Akinde.
“We are also close to signing another centre-forward to partner John Akinde.
“Things are coming together nicely."
