We recently announced that we would do our best to keep all our loyal fans updated with ‘News from The Treatment Room’ and following on from positive feedback we can confirm that this will be a regular feature.
Please bear in mind though that at times we may need to withhold information until the time is right to announce it.
This afternoon we caught up with Stuart Ayles-Head of Sports Science… And started off by asking about Steve Kabba.
Unfortunately Kabbs injury is not a straight forward muscle issue and as always he continues to work extremely hard in his quest to gain ‘full pain free’ fitness.
Next up Liam O’Brien, ‘Liam is undergoing further investigation into his troublesome pelvic issues which haven’t responded well to treatment and we hope to update you again soon’.
Ricky Holmes was recovering well from the injury he picked up in the Plymouth game however he re injured himself during training last Thursday and is undergoing ‘intense treatment’ to get him playing as soon as possible.
And the two Johns? Although J Nurse played for 10 minutes v Chesterfield he is still receiving intense treatment for niggling hip and groin issues which have prevented him from being selected to play.
Finally, ‘J Oster is doing well with his calf injury that he picked up v Chesterfield’.
We hope to be able to bring you further updates in a few weeks time.
