We can confirm that two of our upcoming Sky Bet League Two fixtures have been postponed due to international call-ups.
Our away fixture against Crawley Town, scheduled for Saturday 26 September, and our home fixture against York City on Saturday 3 October are the two matches affected by the upcoming international window.
The Club has received confirmation that at least three Barnet players will be away on international duty during this period and meet the EFL criteria required for a fixture postponement.
Under the criteria, a player called up for international duty must have:
* Been named in the starting XI; OR
* Been a named substitute and entered the field of play before the 75th minute
And have done so in either:
* 50% of their Club’s first-team matches to date; OR
* Four of the Club’s previous five first-team matches.
As a result, both Sky Bet League Two fixtures will be rearranged.
The Club is in discussions with Crawley Town, York City and the relevant authorities to agree new dates and kick-off times. Full details will be communicated as soon as they have been confirmed.
All tickets already purchased for our home fixture against York City will remain valid for the rearranged date, with supporters not required to take any action.
Supporters who are unable to attend the rearranged fixture will be entitled to a refund. A refund link and further information will be provided once the new date has been confirmed.
Our EFL Trophy fixture away at AFC Wimbledon will still place as planned.
