Firstly we can’t wait to welcome you back to The Hive London for the new campaign – it’s been a very long wait since our last home match against Boreham Wood in March! Now is the time to get behind your team as we look to achieve great things.
With Peter Beadle at the helm and a new squad being assembled, make sure you don’t miss a kick of the action in the 2020/21 season. We have made an amazing early bird price to thank you for your continued support during these difficult times.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines and limited stadium capacity, it is highly unlikely we will be able to sell match day tickets, so the only way to ensure that you don’t miss a kick of the action is to secure yourself a Season Ticket. With incredible savings to be had with our “Earlybird Discounts”, make sure you’re there to cheer us on at The Hive London this season!

Below you will find some useful information on the following frequently asked topics:
Where to buy
Online: our online ticketing partner, Venue Management Systems, have supported us with updating our online system to ensure you can book your Season Ticket seats, whilst also ensuring that we can maintain social distancing within The Hive London (see heading below for more info). Anyone purchasing a Season Ticket will have to re-register their details to create an online ticketing account. You can book your 2020/21 Season Ticket using our online ticket office by clicking HERE.
At The Hive London: Supporters who wish to purchase their Season Tickets in person can do so by visiting our membership desk at The Hive London. The desk is situated in the old Starbucks, where a member of staff will be on hand to help you secure your Season Ticket and offer any support you may need.
Collection
All Season Tickets will have to be collected in advance of the new season from the membership desk here at The Hive London. The desk is open 7 days a week, please bring identification to collect your Season Ticket/s, this is for verification reasons. You will be asked to provide a photo of each Season Ticket holder during the booking process.
Season Tickets can be collected from Wednesday, September 23rd from the membership desk. Opening hours are 7am-8pm Monday-Saturday and 9 am-4 pm on Sunday’s. Supporters who need their photo-taking for their membership card can do so when collecting their Season Card.
We strongly advise supporters to collect their Season Card before the first home matchday of the season, this will avoid any long waits and inconvenience at the first home game of the season.
Paying in instalments
We completely understand that in the current climate, committing to a large payment will be difficult for some of our supporters, therefore we have put in place a system for Bees fans to pay in two instalments. Half of the payment will be taken now, with the other half taken exactly six months on from the time of booking. We hope this will help fans and make it easier to buy a Season Ticket by spreading the cost.
Social distancing
Bees fans can book in social bubbles of six, from a maximum of two households. In order to book in a group, all Season Tickets for your chosen group will have to be purchased in one transaction. The lead booker will need to fill out the details for each individual Season Ticket holder in their group.
When booking your season ticket, only a limited amount of seats will be available. This is due to social distancing measures and COVID secure measures that are in place at The Hive London.
Once a seat or group of seats is booked on the system, the immediate seats around it will be greyed out and unavailable in order to ensure social distancing is maintained. As a result, some fans will not be able to keep their seats from the previous campaign. Seats will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, however the Club will ensure that when we are back at full capacity and the membership scheme is reintroduced, Bees fans will have first choice to re-secure their seat. Please note it is unlikely this will be before the following season 2021/22.
As you know, our Safety Officer updated us on Tuesday (1st Sept) evening with the latest social distancing guidelines from the FA, SGSA (Sports Grounds Safety Authority) and the Leagues. Following this consultation, it was recommended that we perform a reallocation of our stadium plan, specifically spacing between rows. The main amendment within this latest governance is to create a sterile row between spectators for ease of stewarding and overall safety. This is now deemed best practice and we have a responsibility to adapt accordingly
This reallocation was vital to ensure that we are safety compliant and able to reopen our home to our supporters as quickly and correctly as possible. All Season Tickets have now been reallocated and the remaining seats are available on general sale, on a first-come, first-served basis. We are doing our very best to smoothly operate under the ever changing conditions of the pandemic.
Bees Terrace
In order to be COVID-19 safe and secure at The Hive London and to ensure the safety of the Bee Army, the Bees Terrace will be closed for the 2020/21 campaign. We apologise for any disappointment this will cause, however, the decision has been taken with the safety of our supporters as paramount.
Bumbles Family Zone
The Bumbles Family Zone will be temporarily closed until further notice.
Seating Designation
We will initially be selling Season Tickets in the Legends Stand only. Once we have reached our COVID-19 capacity, we will then look to open up areas of the North Stand for home fans.
Ticket Availability
Buying a season ticket is the only way of ensuring you will make the Bees fixtures, particularly in the opening weeks when capacity is very much likely to be restricted. At this moment in time, there is no way of us guaranteeing any individual match by match sales or on the day sales. So to make sure you don’t miss a kick, take advantage of the amazing “Earlybird Discount” and get behind Peter Beadle’s Bees!
Monthly Memberships
The Club has taken the decision to suspend monthly BFC Memberships for the 2020/21 season and will look to reinstate this when things hopefully return to normal next year. We understand this will come as a disappointment to some of our supporters, however as mentioned above, you can spread your Season Ticket payment over two instalments should you wish.
What if games are played without fans
Following the government announcement on the non-return of fans to stadia, we have now given out streaming codes to Barner FC Season Ticket Holders so they can watch matches from home.
Any Season Ticket Holder who does not wish to take advantage of this offer of free streaming can receive a full refund for their Season Ticket by contacting tellus@barnetfc.com. However, please be advised by claiming a refund you will lose your secured seat and would have to purchase Season Ticket when fans are able to return to matches.
Thank You
On behalf of Peter, the players and all the staff here at Barnet Football Club, we would like to thank you for your continued support and commitment by purchasing a Season Ticket for the 2020/21 season. We cannot wait to see and hear you once the new season gets underway in October!
