The Bees marched on into the Fourth Round of the Isuzu FA Trophy with a convincing win over Aveley in difficult weather conditions at The Hive.

Â
Zak Brunt was next to have a go but his shot from range flew wide of the left-hand post.
Â
The best chance of the game fell to Reece Hall-Johnson when his advancing run into the box game him room to shoot at goal, but his left-footed shot was well saved by Bloedorm.
Â
Shelton was looking to score from outside the box when his looping shot whiskered just over the Aveley crossbar after half an hour.
Â
The Bees pressure finally paid off on the 32nd minute when the ball found it’s way to Nicke Kabamba in the box who blasted the ball past the Aveley keeper to give the Bees the lead.
Â
Carey Bloedorn was called into action to make a fantastic diving save to deny Brunt the second goal of the game on the stroke of half time.
