Barnet FC are committed to delivering a better service to its supporters and fully understand and appreciate that this is an area that needs improving.
Staff are in the process of being re-located to The Hive, new staff are to be appointed and an improved and updated computer system is being installed.
This process will take between 2 and 4 weeks and we trust that the supporters will be patient during this changeover period when the service may dip below what is expected.
The end result will be an improved and more efficient system which will serve the supporters in a manner they have a right to expect.
