The Bees’ head coach joined Andrew Jeavons-Fellows, the hospital’s executive director, to cut the ribbon at the purpose-built Rowsley Suite.
The facilities at the new unit will benefit patients who choose to have their NHS-funded care at the hospital, as well as those who can pay for themselves or have private medical insurance.
Eames said: “Over the past two seasons BMI Hendon Hospital has been our private healthcare partner and our players have used their physiotherapy and imaging services to great effect.
“We’re looking forward to continuing our partnership over the coming seasons too.”
BMI Hendon Hospital’s director of clinical services, Victoria Bowden, added: “We’ve already seen patients in our new suite and have had some excellent feedback from both patients and consultants. “We’ll be able to look after patients across a number of specialties, including ophthalmology, endoscopy, oral surgery, pain procedures and hand and wrist procedures.”
