Good morning.

Just about everyone is fit for this weekend apart from Graham Stack and Kevin Lisbie.

Shaun Batt will have a fitness test on Saturday morning – he’s getting closer and closer to being ready.

Luigi Cerullo is doing an excellent job behind the scenes; the players are being well looked after.

Lisbie and Stack are coming along very well.

They’ve had long term injuries, but they’ll hopefully be back in the next couple of weeks – that’s good news.

I don’t think we’ve got any other injury doubts for the game.

Of course being a London derby, it’s always special.

For me personally it’s always special playing Dagenham, because that’s where both of my parents come from.

It’s a big game for our players this weekend, and it’s an exciting game for our players to be playing in.

It was a big relief to get those three points on the board last week, after some good performances that didn’t get the rewards we deserved.

We’ve hit the cross bar and the post so many times, and without going into too much detail there have been some shocking refereeing decisions that have gone against us at key points.

To come from behind twice to beat Stevenage last weekend was fantastic.

One of the highlights, as I mentioned earlier in the week, was the way that the supporters got behind the players – even when we weren’t winning.

It was noticeable when we went one nil up at Portsmouth that all their supporters started singing and getting behind the team.

It creates a really positive energy that spreads out onto the pitch – there’s no doubt that helped last weekend.

I’ll remind the players that it’s our job to get the supporters on our side.

We’ve got to deliver for the people who pay their money, to get them singing, get them behind the team, and make it another special day.

I look forward to seeing everybody on Saturday afternoon for this London derby.

I can’t wait to get out onto the pitch, and make this another special occasion for all the Barnet fans.
