We would like to provide some clarification as to our ticket sales arrangements.

As the tickets provided were one-off physical paper tickets, we were unable to do telephone sales because if supporters did not receive them in time then we have no way of being able to print a duplicate.

This meant that we would run the risk of supporters missing the initial delivery and then not being able to get a replacement or another ticket if they had sold out, which would be a terrible outcome.

We know travelling to The Hive is an inconvenience and can understand your frustrations but hope the majority will understand that we were in a pretty unenvious position and did the best we could when faced with these circumstances.
