I want to see the boys continue to perform with the confidence and belief that they showed on Saturday at Dagenham. I was very humbled with the support you showed myself and the team.

I want there to be a real connection between the players and you, the fans. If we are all together, we stand a much better chance of achieving what we all want.

I cannot emphasise how important it is that everyone gets right behind the players for the whole 90 minutes.

I want our players to give their all for the shirt, I want them to wear the shirt with pride every time they step onto the field.

I know what our supporters are capable of. You helped me so much during my time here as a player, I loved playing in front of you. This group are a good group, please support them the same as you supported me.
