COMMUNITY | BARNET FC VISIT SUPER SKILLS SOCCER

As part of the Barnet FC Affiliate Club programme, three of the Barnet Football Club’s first team visited affiliate club Super Skills Soccer at their half-term football camp at Claremont School in Harrow.

First-team players Ben Wynter, Dale Gorman, and Reece Hall-Johnson held a Q&A session with the Super Skills Soccer players, which gave the young players an opportunity to ask their burning questions to professional footballers.

The children then took part in a crossbar challenge against the Barnet players. Wynter, Gorman, and Hall-Johnson then watched the children demonstrate their 1v1 skills.

After the session, the BFC players spent time signing autographs and posing for photos with the Super Skills Soccer players.

Super Skills Soccer owner, Harsh Mandavia said “When the opportunity to affiliate with Barnet FC was presented to us, it was a no brainer.

With over 350 children at Super Skills, we are delighted to offer them the chance to become a Bees Member so that they have access to tickets and support our local club! Barnet FC in return have been great at supporting Super Skills by offering us many benefits. One of the most recent highlights being having first team players visit us at our Half Term Camp to inspire our children through a Q&A session, take part in a crossbar challenge against them and round it off with an autograph signing session!”

One parent said, “Thank you so much to Super Skills and Barnet for creating this lovely memory for my son. He couldn’t stop talking about it when he got home!”
