Upon investigation, we have discovered that on each occasion the issue stemmed from supporters who have used the same e-ticket more than once.
As a result, the turnstile ticketing system correctly rejected the multiple use of the same ticket on each occasion.
We would like to remind supporters to be extra vigilant when purchasing multiple e-tickets for friends and family at the same time, not to accidentally print the same e-ticket for each person.
As a club, we also do not condone or anticipate abuse aimed at our matchday staff who are simply following the implemented policies.
